No refund(s)/Cancellations allowed for the payments made for the SchoolCampus365 School ERP services provided by Systosis Technologies.
SchoolCampus365 School ERP provides non-tangible, irrevocable goods in the form of digital services. These goods are intangible and cannot be returned or transferred once enrollment is completed.
By enrolling in our services, you acknowledge that our goods are non-tangible and irrevocable, and you understand and accept our no-refund policy.

Online Payment Gateway Onboarding Policy
The Payment Gateway Agreement is established between the "Institute/School" and the "Bank/Payment Gateway Provider." Systosis Technologies or SchoolCampus365 ERP is not an intermediary in this arrangement.
Systosis Technologies or SchoolCampus365 ERP does not retain any bank credentials or card details. Its role is limited to redirecting users to the relevant Payment Gateway to finalize their transactions.
In accordance with the agreed-upon terms, payments will be directly received by the "Institute/School" from the user through the Payment Gateway. Systosis Technologies or SchoolCampus365 ERP plays no intermediary role in this process.
Systosis Technologies or SchoolCampus365 ERP does not have any direct involvement or strong recommendation for any 3rd party Payment gateway service suggested to Institute/School. Institute/Schools are requested to read all agreement copy carefully including transaction charges, settlement period before signing contract with them.
